We sell digital downloads. Here’s when we can offer refunds or help, and how to get in touch.

Digital products

Why we don’t offer refunds after delivery

All our products are digital PDFs. Once you’ve received the download link and accessed your files, the product has been delivered. Unlike physical goods, we can’t take the files back, so we’re unable to offer refunds after delivery.

We want you to be confident before you buy. You can read product descriptions, see previews, and check our FAQ. If you have questions before purchasing, contact us — we’re happy to help.

When we can help

Issues we’ll fix or compensate

  • You never received the download link or can’t access your files after payment.
  • The file is corrupted, incomplete, or doesn’t match the product description.
  • You were charged twice for the same order.
  • You bought the wrong product and haven’t downloaded it yet — we may be able to swap it for the right one.
How to request help

How to get support

Contact us with your order details (order number or email you used) and a short description of the issue. We’ll reply within 1 business day (usually within a few hours on weekdays) and work with you to resolve it.

For missing or inaccessible downloads, first check your account: Account → Downloads. If it’s still not there, we’ll resend the link or fix the issue.
